New techniques for crop breeding are essential to provide enough food for a growing human population in a warming world.
In this project we will develop the use of Temporal Genomic – the analysis of time-series of genomic data using contemporaneous and historical samples – to identify genes providing adaptation to warming in crop wild relatives.
